Durban’s Super Giants are set to hit the road for the opening clash of SA20 Season 4, as we take on MI Cape Town in the curtain raiser on December 26 at 5:30 PM SAST at Newlands, Cape Town.
This season marks a fresh chapter for a new-look Super Giants side, driven by renewed hunger & belief. Led by two-time champion Captain Aiden Markram and guided by head coach Lance Klusener, the group enters SA20 2026 determined to turn the page after a challenging Season 3.
The scars of previous editions have only fuelled the fire and this squad is united by one clear ambition - to rise and make a serious push for our maiden piece of silverware.
Meanwhile, there's added confidence heading into the opener, with history firmly in our favour. Against Cape Town, we boast a dominant 4-1 head-to-head record, which gives us a psychological edge as the teams lock horns once again.
